What do the seats include?+
Starter includes 1 seat, Pro includes 5. Extra seats are €25/month on Starter; on Pro and Enterprise, additional seats are set in the quote.
Are the Public and Freelance bases included?+
AI matching and rediscovery of your private pool are included from Starter. The Public Base +25M and the Qualified Freelance Base +300K are included in Pro; on Starter they're an add-on, from €10 and €65/month.
What are refresh and enrichment?+
Refresh updates a contact's data (€0.0085/contact). Enrichment adds contact details and signals to a profile (€0.1/contact). You only pay per use, and the cost is shown before each action.
Can I change plans mid-month?+
Yes, both ways. Billing is prorated. No penalty for moving from Pro to Starter, or for removing seats.
Can I pay by bank transfer?+
Pro is billed annually up front, by card or bank transfer. Starter is paid by card, monthly or annual. SEPA, IBAN, Chorus Pro invoices for the public sector.
What exactly does "Custom" cover on Enterprise?+
Volume, seat count, base access, security level (SSO, dedicated hosting, DPA), and the FreelanceRepublik services: contractor management and co-piloted sourcing. The quote is firm, with no asterisk.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Full export (JSON + CSV) downloadable for 30 days. Permanent deletion on request, in line with GDPR. Your candidate profiles follow you.
